A themed retreat led by Sister Marie-Christine

In our lives, we find ourselves in situations and relationships where we wonder if we should
make changes, whether decisive or just smaller steps. At other times, things happen to us,
grief, redundancy, children leaving the nest, health issues… Are there choices to be made
there too ?
Inspired by the wisdom of St Ignatius in his Spiritual Exercises, we will explore discernment
and choices in our lives. This week-end retreat will offer inputs and space of silent personal
reflection and prayer with an optional sharing at the end of the day.

Sister Marie-Christine is a sister of St Andrew, part of the team of the retreat house of the sisters in Lewisham, and congregation shaped by ignatian spirituality. She provides spiritual accompaniment and gives individual guided retreats.

Arrive at 5pm on Friday and leave at 5pm on Sunday.
