SUMMARY:GETTING TO KNOW THE EXILED PARTS OF OURSELVES
DESCRIPTION:with Sister Christiane \nDuring this workshop we will get acquainted with some parts of ourselves\nwe tend to hide\, push aside\, are uncomfortable with\, exile or attempt to\nsuppress. We will explore these parts at our own pace\, through poetry\,\ndrawings and guided visualisation exercises. We will look with curiosity\nand attentiveness\, noticing the thoughts coming to our minds as well the\nfeelings and sensations we experience. There will be time for personal\nreflection\, letting things surface and be\, experiential moments as well as\ntimes for sharing. \nArrival 10am for a 10.30am start. Ends 4pm.\nPlease bring a packed lunch\nSuggested donation: £25 – £40
